Dear Michael,
You may recall that several months ago I was having a lot of computer problems. Everything was running sluggish and I was occasionally getting the Microsoft "blue screen of death" and had to shut my computer down and restart it, hoping it would run again the right way.
I happened to run across Michael Bragg. He is a customer of a software company I represent. We got to talking and he offered to help me.
Michael logged into my computer remotely (using the software I represent). I did not have to disconnect all those wires and take my computer into a shop. (I had done that before and while they were able to help me, the problems came back rather quickly). It took Mike about 2 hours total time to completely clean my computer of spyware and what they call malware and what Mike called some "rogue software".
It even turns out that Michael was able to tell that the anti-virus software I was running, which I paid $49.95 a year for 3 years in a row actually included spyware, and it was one of the major sources of my problems!

When it was all done, Michael had cleaned my computer and installed some software products that not only protect my computer but also let me check for problems before they develop into major events.

Dear Michael,
I just want to take the time to write this email in regards to some help that I received with my computer. I was having problems with it running slowly...and felt there was more going on with it then I knew. I had met Michael in a chat room and with his knowledge he helped me get my computer fixed. He took the time to help me through it with a couple of programs he has...one of which I had to download so he could go into my system and work with it. First I have to say I am truly impressed on how far technology has come. I allowed Michael to work his magic, and will tell you this, “my computer is running faster” and he also put some programs in my system to keep it healthy. I am based in Colchester the oldest recorded town in England. It was founded by the Romans over 2000 years ago. I operate a community news and lifestyle website called the Colchester Spirit - www.colchesterspirit.co.uk The website is funded by advertising. As such it is very important that the website is running 24 / 7 so that we meet our contractual responsibilities to our advertisers as well as ensuring that we keep our readers up to date with all the local news and events.

 
Everything was going OK until one of our former employees tried to make some alterations to our computer. The effect of these changes was to cause the Windows Installer to pop up every time I tried to click on a website, start a program or open a file. I was able to use my computer but it was a nightmare and I was really concerned by the integrity of the security of my computer.
 
I phoned my computer supplier PC WORLD about the problem but they seemed very vague which didn't fill me with any confidence. I contacted about a half a dozen local PC Engineers, from the Yellow Pages Directory, but they gave me the impression that I might as well be looking for a cure for cancer as seeking a solution for my Windows Installer Challenge. 
 
At this stage I was seriously concerned - I have literally  thousands of news articles and associated photographs stored on my computer. I thought about how I would replace them. I also thought about how stupid I was to fail to plan for such a scenario. 
 
I said a little prayer and started up the computer. The computer started up but the annoying Windows Installer popup also started - obviously my prayer was big enough. For about 20 minutes  I struggled through several of these Windows Installers pop-ups before I managed to get to Google. I typed in Windows Installer - preparing to install windows and up came what I thought was the answer to my prayers - in a Google Sponsored link box - Repairing Windows Installer. I eagerly clicked on  Repair PC Errors Automatically with REGCURE!  This link took me to a site called regcure.com It promised to scan, repair and optimize my PC for just US$46.88.
 
I downloaded the Regcure software, keyed in the security code and started the system scan. The scan results said it cleaned my system - yet the very annoying Windows Installer was still popping up on my program. I emailed support@regcure.com but they only sent me an automated reply and they never responded to my email or refunded my US$46.88 in spite of their 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed Promise - so please be warned about regcure.com
 
After a day or two of waiting around for regcure.com to get back to me - I said another prayer - this time a much bigger prayer. This time I typed in Business opportunities in Canada. I wasn't looking for business opportunities in Canada but it seemed like a good idea at the time. I was frustrated that my computer had a problem that prevented me from working properly. So I looked at a few properties and considered the idea of moving from Colchester, England to London, Ontario. For some reason or another I clicked on US section of the website and there in the middle of the page was an advert -   

I clicked and it took me to a simple web page explaining the background of eztechtools.com and the company founders Michael Bragg and Reid Nunn. The page also contained an impressive list of testimonials. So with nothing to lose and believing that God works in mysterious ways. I emailed Michael an outline of my problem and where I had seen his advert.

A few hours later I received an email from Michael. At about midnight UK time Michael emailed me a helpdesk program which I downloaded onto my desktop. I clicked on the helpdesk icon and at this stage Michael took control of my computer based in England from his base in Nebraska - nearly 4,000 miles away. It was fascinating watching the pointer as it moved ghostlike across the screen as Michael set about his forensic examination of my computer. We exchanged a few small MSN style messages via the MS Wordpad. However that aside I had nothing to do - Michael did it all.

At about 03.00 in the morning Michael had completed his work. It was very impressive that someone nearly 4,000 miles away could fix the problems on my computer and get my business back on it's feet.

I am really impressed with Michael Bragg. He is a man of his word who delivers an excellent service at a very reasonable price. He saved me a fortune and I am very grateful to him and his company. How do I begin to tell you want a load off my shoulders it was to have
someone with out having to unplug my computer to fix it. I don't know a
thing about a computer but he took over and things I had to do he patiently helped me. He spent till 4 AM fixing my computer and over 8 hours working and gave me reassurance it would be fixed  and showed me the bad files and what I needed on it and what not to put on it. I told him one time I felt stupid he said don't feel that way that is what I am here for. He has even after it was fixed contacts me and makes sure I am ok with my computer.
